Returns & Exchange

We want you to love what you ordered and be 100% satisfied. If something isn't right and you'd like to exchange your item for something else in our store or want to return for any reason, please contact us at info@shocute.com and we'll do our best to make it right!

What's eligible for return?

  • You can return or exchange any item that's in its original packaging (unwashed and unused) or if you received a defective unit.
  • Return or exchange within 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Final sales can not be returned or exchanged. If an item is part of a final sale, it will be listed as "Final Sale."

How should I return?

  • To initiate your return: Please email us at info@shocute.com with your exchange request or the reason for your return along with the original order number, full name and email address of the person who purchased it.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item to us. Also, shipping costs that are paid upon purchasing your order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless you received free shipping). 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

We are not responsible for lost shipment, we recommend that you use trackable shipping service to avoid losing your shipment on the way to us.
