This is a great cover. It's cute and made well. My son was born in middle of March and I live in Minnesota so it can be cold or it can be warm. That's why I went with this cover it's not to thick like something you would maybe want in the dead of winter but it keeps rain off of him and it keeps the wind out. The elastic works great and is quick to tighten. It does it's job nicely and has lasted for over 5 months now and being washed at least once a month.

We really like that this attaches to the handle of the carseat to make a little tent. We found other covers without this feature go too close to baby's face. It us so warm. We live in Saskatchewan, Canada and it gets COLD here. We are really glad we went with this style of cover!
